Lip Liquid™ is a pigment that can be added to any cosmetic product (e.g. lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm, lip tint, etc). It's designed for use by makeup artists, professional and DIY home formulators alike. Lip Liquid™ can be used with other cosmetics ingredients to create a wide range of colors including pastels and brights.

This product is Vegan, Gluten Free and Cruelty Free.  Made from Batch Certified Dyes (Red 33).  This color is uniquely limited by the FDA for use in lip products to not more than 3% of formulation.
